2013 Leukemia Cup Paddleboard Race

NOLA Paddleboards’ 2013 Race will be held at the Southern Yacht Club and all proceeds will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The race will be "relay-style" and consist of 3 member teams. Teams must come up with a team-name, a team-captain, and have their registration form submitted at least three weeks prior to the race which is March 23rd, 2013.

Divisions:

-Race Board: any type of V-nose board no matter the length!

-Recreational Board: any rounded nose board no matter the length!

Meeting Location:

New Orleans, LA. (Southern Yacht Club)

Course:

The start line will be next to the the New Canal Lighthouse and a turn-around buoy will be placed .5 miles down the shoreline. Racers will go around the buoy and then return to a floating dock where they will switch participants. Friends and family can watch the race from Lakeshore Drive. They can also purchase tickets to the post-race party at the SYC through this link: Post Race Party Ticket

1-mile per participant
3 miles for each team!

Sign-in ends at 2:30PM

Requesting $50 donation per team member
